Christopher made me so happy when he asked me this past weekend if I was noticing clutch chatter in my WRX when it was cold. I was going crazy thinking it was due to my driving, as if I forgot how to drive a manual transmission.

Anyway, Subaru of America had put out this service bulletin for this problem. On Tuesday I brought my car in to have the 30K mile service performed and asked the service tech to check the clutch for this problem. They had to keep it over night to reproduce the problem, but once I heard the voice mail stating it was going to be replaced, I was a happy man.

Let me tell you, it feels like butta! Nice and smooth, just as it did the first time I drove it. Let’s hope it stays this way!
