Artist Recommendation: Pedro The Lion
Published March 17th, 2005 in MusicOkay, I just discovered Pedro The Lion on Rhapsody about 20 minutes ago, but so far I am really digging them. Unfortunately Rhapsody only has an EP from 1997, so it’s pretty out of date. The sound reminds me a lot of Low, which is probably why they are actually touring with them right now. Funny how that happens, they are in Austin right now for SXSW and will be making their way though San Francisco in a couple of weeks. Now I just have to remember to pick up tickets before the shows sell out. Take a listen and tell me what you think!

So that would run me $11 for their latest album, right? I can buy it directly from their website for $12.50, with art and liner notes. I would guess they seem more money this way too.
