The theme support in the WordPress community kicks MovableType ass. Where’s our theme contest? Man I really could use a designer!

Do themes really matter? Don’t most people use an aggreator of some type?

It all depends on the published feed. If one were to break up an entry with an extended posting, then you will only see the first part in Bloglines. Thus, you have to follow the permalink to the site to read the rest of the entry.

This is where an eye pleasing experience can help with keeping readers…

Good job on the new theme!

But regarding WordPress themes vs. Movable Type themes: Maybe it’s time to finally switch to Wordpress. I’ve been very happy with it over the last year, and the 1.5 version includes many further improvements.

My boss has recently made the switch from Movable Type to Wordpress, and he’s been raving about it ever since.
